POle Technique Classes

Our pole technique classes follow a Level 1-5 structure.

We run an open timetable without term-based courses, so you can attend any of our classes any time you like - if you’re a brand new beginner, book into any Level 1 class on any day and we’ll take care of you!

Because of our open-style classes you are welcome to attend across levels that you have been approved to attend.

If you notice that you’d like to revisit some fundamentals or are recovering from an injury or some time off, you’re welcome to attend levels you’ve already completed!

  • Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to revisit techniques, this covers all of your essential basics including movement around the pole, climbing, and spins on static.

  • Level 2 takes you upside down, it is for anyone who has completed Level 1 with us and is ready to get stuck in to a strong foundation of inverted and aerial work!

  • Level 3 is for those who are now comfortable with inverted and aerial basics up the pole and are ready for intermediate level tricks and combos - this level is all about building your pole vocabulary and stamina!

  • Level 4 is for those who have a strong competency moving through aerial combos and are getting confident with Ayeshas. You'll be learning high level tricks, combos and transitions that will require a solid understanding of moves across all previous levels.

  • Level 5 is for our most advanced polers! These classes provide a next-level challenge and focus on big goal moves and highly advanced strength and mobility tricks.

  • This class is for any student Level 3 and above to dig deep into the conditioning work and technical side of Ayeshas & Handsprings! You don’t need either to join, and if you have both you’ll be given plenty of progressions.

  • Pole Choreo - all levels welcome, you’ll learn a new routine each week in choreo styles that vary from sassy to lyrical!

    Slinky Sexy Socks - all levels welcome, slip into the world of stripper style flow with this gorgeously gooey class!

  • Combos class focuses on two or three challenging combos each week for our Level 3 and above students!

  • Movement basics alternates between on and off pole flows every few weeks, this class will push your comfort level with freestyle and improvised movement flow!

  • For all students from Level 1 & up, but particularly beneficial to those still working on getting or mastering their inverts, this conditioning and technical class focuses on really nailing inverts and shoulder mounts!

Cirque Skills

Get moving like a circus artist with our range of aerial conditioning and Hula Hoop classes!

Aerial Conditioning is run on aerial hoops, or as they’re commonly know - lyra. You’ll get to play with some sweet little tricks while getting strong the aerialist way!

Hula Hoop classes are a whole hour of absolute fun - and a fantastic fitness boost!

  • Want to make your conditioning so much more fun that you actually look forward to conditioning class? We’ll be bringing you conditioning on our aerial hoops to add a little more sparkle to your hard work!

  • Ready to ramp up that conditioning? This intensive strength class run on aerial hoops is for students that are already comfortable with aerial movement!

  • Want to finesse your fine motor skills? Hone your core strength and your refine your concentration and muscle control? Want to try a delightfully fun circus art and create gorgeous and impressive flows while doing it all?

    This class is for you! Laura will take you through Hula Hoop based skills you never dreamed of, and teach you the tricks and treats of the craft all in a fun and friendly environment aimed at adult learners of new skills!

Dance and FLoor

Our dance classes are designed with the adult learner in mind - new to dance or just want some low-pressure slinky, jazzy, contemporary, sexy, or lyrical fun? We’ve got you covered!

This dance suite is accessible to everyone, and curated to give you the option to try different styles and get to know your own movement.

  • Want a kickass workout that delivers cardio and booty-building all while having fun? Our Booty classes are designed to deliver a butt and leg workout that helps to build strength while adding cheeky dance routines that will get you sweating through a great cardio workout.

  • Learn how to roll around on the floor in a smooth and controlled way in this fun floor flow class! 

    Suitable for all levels, we will mix dynamic movement with flow, and play around with musicality. Heels optional, knee protection necessary.

    Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

  • New to off-the-pole dancing, still finding your feet when it comes to choreo, or getting back into the swing of things?

    This class is an ideal introduction getting acquainted with moving your body in new ways, with adaptations available for every level!

FItness FOcus

Just want to get down to fitness?

This suite involves no pole, cirque, or other apparatuses, but rather is curated to develop your bodyweight training, deep strengthening of muscles you didn’t know you had, and movement and engagement of your body to the most intuitive levels!

  • Every Saturday morning we run BOOTCAMP!

    Each Bootcamp is an 8-week series on a dedicated topic to really dive deep into honing your movement and strength in a targeted area.

  • Our flex classes will help you to build your range of motion, your active strength within your mobility, and your body awareness.

  • Whenever we get the chance, we hold specialised handbalance and floor inversion workshops!
